Standard profile = logo + short description (up to 40 words) + clickable logo linking to the sponsor’s
website. Extended profile = Standard profile + description up to 80 words + visible website link + contact
details. Prominent profile = Extended profile + larger, priority placement + description up to 100 words +
social-media link(s).
2 A static page using HTML, CSS and presentational JavaScript. Sponsors must provide the source code; the page template is fixed. Alternatively, the Conference can provide design and setup services for an additional fee. 3 Located on the Sponsors or dedicated sponsor page. This can be shown on main pages for an additional fee. 4 A maximum of one logo of sponsors may occupy the designated page. If the sponsor’s logo is already displayed elsewhere on the main page, it will not appear in the footer. 5 Emails will be distributed by the organizer. No email addresses or contact lists will be shared, and there is a strict limit of up to 2 emails per month. 6 Applies to eligible welcome-kit items only; branding on the conference bag is not included. 7 Sponsors are responsible for sourcing and purchasing all physical promotional items. The organizer will handle distribution. 8 Sourcing and purchasing are managed by the Conference. How much does sponsorship cost?
We prepare a quotation based on your selected format and the agreed deliverables. Printing, display requirements, registration passes and applicable taxes are confirmed before you commit.
Can you design our brochure as well as print it?
Remote Plus starts with sponsor-supplied, print-ready files. Layout support, original design and translation can be discussed separately; they are not assumed to be included. Nothing is printed before proof approval.
Will someone represent our company at the venue?
The Remote Plus service covers the agreed setup and replenishment of materials, not a dedicated sales representative. Technical demonstrations or staffed representation require a separate arrangement.
Does sponsorship include a presentation or influence over reviews?
No. Sponsorship does not guarantee abstract acceptance, publication, a speaking invitation or influence over scientific decisions. Any separately agreed commercial demonstration must be clearly identified and approved.
Will we receive attendee contact details?
No attendee mailing list is included. You can supply your own contact page or QR destination so interested attendees can choose to contact your organization directly.
When do we need to send our materials?
Artwork, proof approval and delivery deadlines are agreed in your proposal. Printing and exhibition requests depend on lead time and capacity. Ask early if your plans involve physical materials.
