CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Registration fees cover conference participation. Package inclusions and optional add-ons are listed below.

Recognition and speaker support Three outstanding presenters will receive the Best Young Scientist Presenter Award, a certificate, a gift kit, and a full waiver of the registration fee for the next conference. Separately, selected speakers who are honored as Invited Students/Young Scientists will be eligible for travel subsistence support of up to EUR 150 per person.

Eligibility Student or young-researcher status may require supporting evidence. Students are defined as individuals who are hold a valid student ID card & Young researchers are defined as individuals who obtained their PhD within the past five years (in 2021 or later).

Payment deadline Registration must be completed by the final day of the selected registration period. Payment must be received no later than 10 days after that deadline.

Add-on payments All add-ons must be booked and paid by . Add-ons cannot be purchased or paid for at the conference desk.
